Refresh Your Spa Business with Updated Branding and Photos

When a Local Spa Owner Reached Out to Update Her Business

When a local spa owner was looking to update her beautiful business with a new website, refreshed social media, and new branding photos, I jumped at the chance to help her! We worked together to create a plan, brought in a model, and worked on social media updates to enhance her strategy. We also brought in a website designer to help build her a brand new website with the branding photos we took together. Thank you Brittney of Ace Business Essentials

The Process of Creating Cohesive Visuals

The first step was to define the story she wanted to tell through her visuals. Every spa has a unique vibe, whether it’s calming, luxurious, or holistic. We talked about how she wanted her clients to feel the moment they visited her site or saw her posts on social media. We wanted to translate that energy into her photos with authentic moments that aligned with her brand.

We focused on capturing images that reflected the spa’s tranquil atmosphere. Think soft lighting, soothing tones, and candid moments of relaxation. I guided her through wardrobe ideas for the photoshoot, keeping in mind the color palette and overall feel we wanted to evoke.

Maximizing Social Media with Authentic Content

Next up: social media. We knew that just having great photos wasn’t enough. It was about strategy. We reviewed her existing social media presence and made sure we had the right mix of content, from behind-the-scenes moments and promotions to client testimonials and tips for self-care. We built a plan to roll out her new visuals with a consistent posting schedule that felt natural and engaging.

The Brand New Website

The most exciting part was bringing in a website designer to integrate the new branding photos into her updated website. The goal was to make her site feel as welcoming and peaceful as the spa itself. She and Brittney designed it to visually align with her overall aesthetic of calm and relaxation.

The new website was more than just a digital storefront; it became an extension of her brand’s personality. With the right imagery and messaging, we created a seamless experience for visitors, inviting them to book a service with a few simple clicks.

The Outcome: A Stronger, More Cohesive Brand

After our work together, she had a refreshed online presence that truly showcased the essence of her spa. Her website felt like a calming escape, and her social media now had a consistent, professional look. She’s been able to attract more clients, book more services, and maintain an online presence that reflects the quality and care she puts into her business.
